The CIGRE Session is held in Paris, France, every 2 years. It is the number one Global Power System Event in the world, bringing together more than 11 200 Power Industry participants from over 100 countries, including 4 500+ International experts and Decision-makers.

As Visitor, you are granted free access to the Technical Exhibition. More than 300 International Companies, Technology and Service providers are exhibiting their latest innovations.

Please, order your badge before the Session.

VISA:
If you need an invitation letter to get a visa, please complete the dedicated space on the badge reservation form. You will be able to download your letter directly from your visitor space online.

ACCESS TO THE EXHIBITION:
On your arrival at the Palais des Congrès, please, present the printed version of your e-badge at the Welcome area desk on Level 0 (Street Level), Neuilly side, to collect your permanent badge. Opening of the Welcome desk from Sunday 23 August, at 11 AM, and during all the week from 8 AM.

OPENING HOURS:
The Technical Exhibition opens on Sunday 23 August from 12 PM (noon) and from Monday to Friday (9 AM to 6 PM, closing at 5 PM on Friday).

Sunday 23 August:
You are invited to the Opening Ceremony, starting at 3:30 PM in the Grand Amphithéâtre, followed by a Welcome cocktail on the 3 levels of the Exhibition, until 7 PM.

CONFERENCES:
Your e-badge does not give you access to the Conference. If you wish to attend the Conference and technical meetings, you must register before the Session, online on https://session.cigre.org/registration2026.html
